- Do you work on all car makes and models?Our certified technicians are skilled in repairing all major vehicle brands, including both domestic and imported models.
- Do I need to schedule an appointment or do you accept walk-ins or same-day service?While we recommend scheduling appointments for prompt service, we also accommodate walk-ins when possible. We offer same-day service for most minor repairs and maintenance, subject to availability. Our schedule can vary, so please contact us to inquire about current openings.
- Do you provide towing services?- We do offer towing services to assist you in emergency situations. For towing assistance, please call us directly. 
- What forms of payment do you accept?We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options such as Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Do you offer any discounts or promotions?We provide a 10% discount for veterans (active or retired), police officers, and all law enforcement personnel.
- How often should I change my oil?The frequency of oil changes depends on your specific vehicle and driving habits. Generally, we recommend changing your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.
- Why is my check engine light on?The check engine light can indicate various issues ranging from minor problems like a loose gas cap to more serious engine malfunctions. It typically signifies a transmission-related issue. We recommend bringing your vehicle in for a diagnostic check to determine the exact cause.
- How long will my repair take and how much will it cost?Repair duration varies based on the specific issue. Minor repairs may be completed within a few hours, while more complex repairs could take a day or longer. Cost also varies depending on the required service. We provide complimentary estimates after diagnosing your vehicle's issue.
- Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?We utilize both high-quality OEM and aftermarket parts, depending on customer preference and availability. Our priority is to use parts that offer the best warranty coverage for our customers.
- Can I get a quote over the phone?We can provide a general estimate over the phone, but an in-person inspection is necessary for an accurate quote.
